This is a very unique concept which can be implemented at specific locations. A small diesel generator (Approx 5-10 KVA) is installed in village and a local grid is erected to distribute power. The generator runs on bio-diesel which is produced within the village. The fuel requirement can be met with very low capacity bio-diesel production machines.

The raw material for bio-diesel production is arranged from within the village. That means, a village is selected that produces crops which can feed the raw material of bio-diesel .The raw material is contributed by all villages in the form of seed. It is very justified for the farmer to contribute seed as the price of seed received by farmer is very less and it is worth spending a part of it for self power generation.
