CPL has business relationships with renowned manufacturers for every component of solar energy projects. All the manufacturers supply products conforming to international standards and comply through certifications. All components forming a system have their own characteristics, safety features, working specifications, which are professionally aligned according to user requirement.

Clean Power (Pvt) Ltd designs the complete solar systems according to international practices. For any lighting load, the peak power and lighting hours are used as input to calculate the required capacity of solar systems. Thus the solar panel and battery are selected accordingly.

CPL has the experience on designing the solar system, the capacity calculations for solar array and battery bank, the selection of appropriate category of equipment, the design of interface etc. CPL also covers the auxiliary activities like wiring calculations, duct / pipe designing, grounding, civil works, mechanical fabrications, logistics, installation and commissioning.

During calculations, the factors like line losses, efficiency losses, probability factors, recovery factors are considered so that systems doesn't fail even due to variation of sun direction or continuous clouds.
